Keyth Pisani is an INSEAD-educated executive (IDP-C) and experienced board director with a strong background in international hospitality, real estate, and investment strategy. He is a Board member of the INSEAD Directors Network (IDN), where he actively participates in peer-to-peer exchanges on family business and strategic leadership.
Passionate about value creation through disciplined investment, he is deeply involved in the repositioning and expansion of Corinthia’s global hotel portfolio, with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and long-term shareholder value. Keyth currently serves as Managing Director of CPHCL, the parent company of Corinthia Group, a family-inspired business founded by Keyth’s father in 1962. He was recently appointed to the Board of OMRAN Group, the Sultanate of Oman’s master developer for tourism, where he advises on strategic projects aligned with Oman’s Vision 2040.
With over 20 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, Keyth has successfully led major asset repositioning projects, structured capital partnerships, and negotiated high-value transactions. His leadership is marked by a focus on sustainable growth, disciplined investment, and long-term value creation.
Keyth is based between Malta, Czechia, and the Gulf. He is married with three children and is an avid sailor who enjoys spending time on the water with his family and friends whenever possible.
