Kevin Liu is a global business leader with extensive experience in product management, services, operational excellence, and digital transformation within the food processing industry. As Senior Product Manager for the Upgrades business at Tetra Pak, he works with customers and stakeholders worldwide to develop solutions that improve productivity, sustainability, and long-term business performance. Over the past 20 years, Kevin has held leadership positions across Sweden, China, and Thailand, leading multicultural teams and driving growth across regional and global portfolios. His career also includes experience in management consulting at Deloitte and manufacturing leadership at Nestlé, providing a unique perspective that bridges strategy, technology, and operations. He earned his MBA from the University of Hong Kong. A strong advocate for applied AI in industrial businesses, Kevin has spearheaded the development and deployment of Tetra Pak's C2AI solution.
