Jeremy is the Group Executive Director of Excelco Equipment and PTC Piling Equipment (Far East), a group of companies founded by his parents, specialising in heavy foundation equipment trading and boutique construction services. 

He sits on the Group’s Board of Directors and plays a key leadership role in overseeing corporate governance, strategic development, and the expansion of business operations both locally and internationally.

Jeremy brings deep expertise in building resilient product portfolios and is a strong advocate of creating long-term, sustainable value for stakeholders. 

His corporate leadership is underscored by a disciplined approach to governance and a forward-thinking strategy towards transformation and innovation.

Before joining the family business, Jeremy held a regional sales management position at Johnson & Johnson (J&J), the world’s largest and most diversified healthcare company and a Fortune Global 500 conglomerate. At J&J, he specialised in key account development and stakeholder engagements across South East Asia.

Academically, Jeremy holds a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Political Science from Singapore Management University (SMU), where he received the prestigious SMU Top Student Award. 

He is also a Certified International Board Director, having completed the renowned INSEAD International Directors Programme (IDP) at both the Singapore and Fontainebleau campuses, earning an Executive Post-Graduate Certificate in Corporate Governance (IDP-C).

As an Independent Non-Executive Director, Jeremy currently serves on the boards of several SGX mainboard-listed corporations and global organisations. His boardroom experience includes strategic formulation, corporate governance execution, transformation leadership, and change-management aimed at driving sustainable business outcomes and accelerated growth.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Jeremy is a respected humanitarian, writer, philanthropist, and musician. He is recognised as a sustainability leader and social disruptor who champions the belief that individuals, organisations, and companies have the power to break the status quo and create meaningful contributions for the world.
