Jenny has qualifications in Psychology, Sociology, Social Research and Statistics, Financial Markets and Instruments, Financial Management, Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption, Innovation in the Age of Disruption, has completed INSEAD’s Advance Management Programme, holds a professional qualification in Social Work counselling and social group work, and is also a trained Resilience Practitioner.

Since 2014, Jenny has coached Board members, CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leaders. She has been entrusted with clients across globally recognised organisations, including companies and subsidiaries listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, Euronext, SIX Swiss Exchange, Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

A former CEO, Managing Executive, and Senior Manager with more than 15 years in financial services, she has led large-scale businesses, managed P&Ls and balance sheets exceeding US$1 billion, and served as a Non-Executive Director on six listed and private company boards.
