Isabelle Finger MBA’09D is an EdTech and lifelong learning professional with more than a decade of experience at the intersection of higher education, technology and leadership development. She has held leadership roles across the sector, including at Coursera, the INSEAD San Francisco Hub for Business Innovation, and Risepoint, where she works with universities to expand access to online education.
Alongside her operating roles, Isabelle is an ICF-PCC certified leadership coach supporting international professionals and executives navigating complex career and leadership transitions.
She also supports the INSEAD Business Sustainability Series, working with Professor Karel Cool to help connect alumni and business leaders around practical approaches to sustainability. The 2026 edition marks the third year of the series.
Isabelle holds an MBA from INSEAD (09D) and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband (INSEAD MBA 04J) and their two children.
