Hugo André has two master’s degrees, in econometrics from New York University and in Economics from Barcelona School of Economics. Currently, he is in the process of writing a paper that uses a search-and-matching model to analyze how non-wage compensation changes the labor market impact of minimum wages.
Hugo has earlier worked as a research assistant at New York University and at IESE Business School.
