Holger Karsten works as an executive coach with great enthusiasm and brings a wealth of more than 35 years of experience and a clear own stand into his work. Holger started his business career with AUDI AG, gaining deep insights into the automotive industry as assistant to the board member in charge of production (level “Abteilungsleiter” and with 30 years youngest “leitender Angestellter” of the VW- group).

Having become a management consultant, he built up the European Automotive practice as Vice President of Arthur D. Little, ran their largest German office as Managing Director and was head of the European HR- Committee.

As one of the Managing Directors in the Frankfurt Office of Merrill Lynch, he gained extensive experience in the Financial Services-segment, especially Investment Banking, namely M&A and Corporate Finance; this work was by nature global and included intensive teamwork across cultural and continental borders.

Afterwards he returned to top-management consulting and worked for AT Kearney and as partner for Accenture, before he became Managing Partner / shareholder of Leadership Choices, a management consulting firm focussing on executive development.
