Chief People Officer
Guy is responsible for leading and developing the INSEAD HR function and its departments globally. He is the HR Business Partner to the Dean and the Exco.
Guy has 20 years of international HR experience at Unilever. He has led regional and global HR expertise areas such leadership and organisation development, rewards and learning. He was member or leader of several HR and business strategic projects such as One Unilever, the Unilever-Bestfoods Integration and Global HR Transformation. During his career at Unilever Guy was also member of national and regional operating company boards positioning HR as a value creator, an enabler of business growth and effectiveness. As Senior Vice President (SVP) Europe and SVP of Leadership and Organisation Development for Unilever Globally, he was a member of the Unilever Global HR Executive Committee. Guy's career has taken him around the world.
Since 2010, Guy has been co-owner of an advisory firm, where he worked with executive teams on business transformation. He helped organisations in biotechnology, e-commerce, pharmaceutics, logistics, retail etc. align their strategy, organisation and culture to create sustainable growth.
Guy holds a Masters Degree in Law (K.U. Leuven) and in Business Administration (Vlerick School of Management). He has followed executive education programmes at the Unilever University (the famous 4Acres), at INSEAD, at Nyenrode and at the University of Michigan.
