Chief Digital & Information Officer
Guido Merighi Buitoni is Chief Digital & Information Officer at INSEAD and a member of the INSEAD Executive Committee.
Guido joined INSEAD in 2025 and is responsible for fulfilling the school’s ambitions in education, research and administration. He is developing and driving our digital and digital transformation strategy. He is also ensuring that digital capabilities and investments significantly contribute to the school’s overall effectiveness and innovation in research, teaching and learning.
Guido’s career has spanned various roles but has been primarily focused on digital transformation, sales and marketing. He has held senior leadership positions at Google and Sanofi. His most recent position was with Danone SA, where he served as Group Chief Digital Officer, leading the digital and AI transformation of Danone’s global marketing and sales functions driving revenue growth.
Guido is a civil engineer from Politecnico di Milano and holds an MBA from Duke University in 2001.
