For over 20 years as a Psychologist, Gaj has worked with individuals to re-think and deliver on their career paths.
He has supported organisations across multiple industries and cultures to identify, select, develop and retain top talent. As a Peak Performance coach, Gaj also assists individuals, corporations, sporting teams and educational institutions to maximize their potential and performance. He has successfully delivered over 15,000 coaching hours internationally.
Gaj is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently the Managing Partner of Kompass, an International Career, Leadership and Performance Consultancy that works with leading business schools and organisations. He has worked across 5 continents with the last 14 years in the Middle East working within the following industries: Finance, Healthcare, Aviation, Technology, Industrial, Education, Government, Oil & Gas, Construction & Telecoms.
In addition to his career coaching work, he is also an avid investor in start-ups and a mental coach to Founders, Executives and High Net Worth individuals. Gaj is also one of the co-creators of the Career Kickstarter series (an online course on 'how to find a job') which has helped thousands of job seekers globally.
