Chief of Staff, Evertec
Florence Bares is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Evertec (NYSE: EVTC), one of the largest financial technology companies operating across Latin America and the Caribbean.
She began her career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Colombia, with additional early professional experiences across Germany, Spain, Chile, Singapore and France.
She holds a Bachelor's in International Management and Spanish (First Class Honours) from the University of Bath and was part of the inaugural Master in Management (MIM) cohort at INSEAD.
Born and raised in France and currently based in Miami, Florence is the first MIM graduate and first young alumni representative to serve on the INSEAD board. She is committed to bringing the voice and perspective of the next generation of alumni to the board's agenda.
Florence also enjoys trail running and has competed in races across Colombia and the United States, with distances ranging from 20 to 50 kilometers.
