Emmanuel “Manny” Benhamou is Managing Director of the Ethical AI Governance Group (EAIGG) and Head of Platform at BGV, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm focused on enterprise technology and AI. He has more than 20 years of experience spanning artificial intelligence, venture capital, blockchain, enterprise technology, public policy, and strategic communications. Throughout his career, he has worked with venture firms and technology ecosystems across Silicon Valley, New York, Tel Aviv, and Southeast Asia, supporting capital raising, platform development, and policy initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked with organizations including the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Chamber of Commerce at the intersection of technology, security, and public policy. Emmanuel holds an M.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Communications from Boston University.
