Biography
Elina Kousourna is currently the CEO of Maje, where she is redefining the brand's fundamentals, refreshing its image and enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, she served as the CEO of Fursac from 2019 to 2023, transforming the brand and leading it to join the Paris Fashion Week lineup. She also expanded the brand outside France.
From 2015 to 2019, Elina was the Director of Strategy & Business Development at SMCP, where she contributed to the definition of the strategic agenda and business development roadmap, and initiated the CSR strategy. Before that, she was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Her early career included a role as a Product Manager at L’Oréal from 2003 to 2007.
Elina holds an MBA from INSEAD, awarded in 2008 with a scholarship from "The George and Victoria Karelias Foundation." She graduated with honors from the Athens University of Economics & Business in 2005.
Elina has been recognized as an “Economic Leader of Tomorrow” by the Choiseul Institute in 2020 and as a Rising Talent by the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society in 2018.
She is a mother of three children.
