INSEAD Alumni Volunteer Leader Award
In 2003, Dirk Luyten founded Levante Capital Management, an independent, hands-on private equity fund based in Brussels. With a core focus on the consumer products, leisure and retail industries, Levante invests in medium-sized companies that aspire to grow through innovation, geographic expansion and restructuring. Luyten honed his strategic management consulting skills as a Managing Partner at Arthur D. Little and Accenture.
An active INSEAD alumnus, Luyten is a Platinum Salamander holder and a member of the Board for The Campaign for INSEAD: A Force for Good. He is dedicated to gender equality and serves as an Executive Committee member for the INSEAD Alumni Association Women in Business Club. He earned master’s degrees in law and economics from Ghent University.
