Christian is an executive and career coach working with senior professionals, executives and business-school alumni at points of transition, change and reinvention. His coaching is grounded in the belief that experienced and successful people rarely lack intelligence, capability or advice. More often, they need the space to think clearly, test their assumptions and confront the questions that are easiest to avoid. His style is calm, direct and highly attentive.
He listens for inconsistencies as well as conclusions, challenges where challenge is useful, and is comfortable working with uncertainty rather than rushing towards an answer. He has a particular interest in the moments when a career becomes less straightforward: when achievement no longer provides the same motivation, when professional identity begins to constrain rather than enable, when several plausible choices compete, or when the apparently sensible next step no longer feels like the right one. His coaching helps clients distinguish between what they can do, what they feel they should do, and what they actually want.
Christian brings to his coaching a broad and senior career spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, investment management, management consulting and accountancy, including board-level and Managing Director roles in major financial institutions and experience building a business from start-up to significant scale. He now coaches MBA, Master's, and alumni clients through leading international business schools, alongside senior executives in his private practice.
