Chief People Officer
Chin Yin Ong is the Chief People Officer at Grab, and a member of Grab’s Board of Directors. Chin Yin has over 25 years of experience that spans across Sales & Marketing and Human Resources in both FMCG and Hi-Tech industries. She has led numerous transformative programmes across organisational design and development, rewards, talent acquisition, talent management and industrial relations in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. In addition to her role at Grab, Chin Yin serves as a Board Member at Workforce Singapore and the Human Capital Leadership Institute as well as acting as an advisor to venture capital funds as well as tech companies.
