Bruno Bobone is a Portuguese business leader with extensive experience in managing and developing companies, particularly in the industrial and services sectors. Born in Lisbon in 1960, he is married, with four children and thirteen grandchildren.
He holds a degree in Business Management from Universidade Livre (1984). At the age of 33, he assumed leadership of the Grupo Pinto Basto, a historic family-owned group and a leading player in the maritime services sector, with international operations across logistics, shipping, industry, and services.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he has played a prominent role in fostering business development and international economic relations. He served as President of the Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Portuguesa (CCIP) from 2005 to 2022 and was President of the UNIAPAC from 2020 to 2024. He is currently one of the Vice-Presidents of the CE-CPLP.
