Bansi is an experienced senior healthcare executive and board member, with deep leadership experience at multiple global organizations. He is currently Executive Chair at PANTHERx Rare, one of the leading rare drug specialty pharmacies in the US, where he leads the board and oversees the Company’s ongoing strategic development and growth.
Bansi was until recently President, Healthcare at GoodRx (NASDAQ: GDRX), a high-growth leading digital platform for consumer healthcare, where he remains a Senior Advisor. Bansi previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer for McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK), ranked 9th on the Fortune 100.
Prior to that, Bansi ran Monitor Group, a premier global strategy consulting firm, where he led the merger of Monitor with Deloitte in 2013 and oversaw the global integration of the two firms. He went on to lead Monitor Deloitte, the global strategy consulting practice for Deloitte Consulting.
Bansi has extensive public and private company board experience. In addition to his current board role, he was previously a member of the board of directors of Change Healthcare, Inc (NASDAQ: CHNG) from 2017 to 2022. He has also previously served on the board of directors of Deloitte, LLP, Parata Systems and Market Force Information.
He has authored multiple articles on the topics of leadership, strategy and innovation. He has also been recognized multiple times as a leading global healthcare executive and aa a leadership role model for minority executives and is passionate about diversity and inclusion issues.
Bansi has an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and MA and BA degrees from Cambridge University. He has been a consistent supporter of INSEAD since attending the school, including as a board member of the Campaign Board for INSEAD for 5 years and as a Founding Donor of the INSEAD San Francisco Hub for Business Innovation. He is a dual British and American national, and resides in San Francisco.
