Avi Turetsky is Director of Quantitative Research at Landmark Partners, a global private equity secondaries firm. In the role, Avi generates quantitative analyses for investment strategies, risk management, performance measurement, and customer-oriented projects.
Avi is in the process of completing his Ph.D. in Management at Case Western Reserve University. His doctoral work examines the impacts of statistical distribution shapes and parameters for management theory, with a specific focus on the causes of private equity performance. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BS in economics from Bar-Ilan University.
Prior to joining Landmark in 2017, Avi spent ten years at the Riverside Company, most recently as COO of the firm’s European private equity business. Previously he had been an investment banker at Lehman Brothers at Lazard Middle Market.
