Biography

Adam Goldstein is an investor in and Executive Chairman of DLT Global Inc., the leading provider of B2B software leveraging distributed ledger technology (blockchain) to enable businesses to interact based upon a secure, immutable, hyper automated , single source of truth that eliminates disputes. In addition, Adam is an investor in and Director of Tarana Wireless Inc., a leading provider of fixed wireless technology for broadband to the home, and of Rhombus Energy Services, Ltd., a leading provider of fast charging infrastructure for electric buses and trucks.

Adam serves as a Trustee on the INSEAD Board of Trustees. Adam also serves as co-Chair of the Energy Security Leadership Council (ESLC), an affiliate of SAFE (Securing America's Future Energy). The ESLC, which consists of business leaders and retired top U.S. military leaders, advocates for SAFE's policy recommendations directed at reducing the oil intensity of the economy, with a particular focus on promoting electrification of road transport from minerals to markets.

Adam served as Vice Chairman of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCL) from 2018 to 2020 and before that as President & COO of RCL from 2014 to 2018. In this capacity Adam was responsible for RCL’s Human Resources, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Communications, Safety, Environment & Health, Government Relations, Guest Port Operations & Commercial Development departments. Adam served as President and then as President & CEO of Royal Caribbean International from 2005 until 2014. In this capacity he oversaw all aspects of the Royal Caribbean International brand, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Hotel Operations and Marine Operations, as well as International Sales & Marketing, Land Operations and Government Relations for the company as a whole.Altogether, Adam served at RCL from 1988 to 2020.

Adam served as Global Chair of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) for 2019 & 2020. CLIA represents more than 95% of the world’s cruise capacity. Adam also served in the Global Chair role in 2015 & 2016. From 2006 to 2009, Adam served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Our Kids, Inc., a nonprofit with oversight responsibility for foster care and related services for approximately 4,000 children in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. In 2001, Adam served as Chair of the Travel Industry Association of America (now U.S. Travel). In 1998, Advertising Age named Adam to the “Marketing 100.”

Adam graduated with honors from Princeton University. He also has a law degree from Harvard and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.

Together with his wife and son, Adam created Countywide Concussion Care (CCC), which in partnership with the University of Miami's Sports Medicine Clinic and the Miami Dolphins Foundation provides baseline testing and post-concussion treatment for athletes in all of the public high schools in Miami-Dade, Monroe and Palm Beach Counties.In its tenth year, CCC is the only program of its kind that provides such comprehensive services to entire counties.
