I’d say that attending AVIRA is like getting an X-ray of how you are as a senior leader. AVIRA will expose you to cutting-edge ideas, refresh your outlook and give you the energy to do more. It’s a truly remarkable experience, and one I’d wholeheartedly recommend.

AVIRA was completely different, transcending that narrow business focus and instead taking a much more forward thinking and holistic view that encompassed the role of business in society. It gave me the space to step back and reflect – both on how the business was operating and how I was operating as an individual.

AVIRA encourages self-reflection and time out to consider your decisions, but more importantly, it allows you to look down the road and say to yourself, ‘What do I need to be doing next? What should I be doing? What opportunities do I need to be looking at?’ You do all this from the perspective of a senior leader in an organisation.
