INSEAD Trademark Licensing Policy
More on Brand Elements
General Concept
The INSEAD Trademarks Policy exists to protect the brand name and marks of INSEAD and to enhance the image of INSEAD.
INSEAD should receive the appropriate value for the use of its trademarks.
In order for INSEAD to maintain this and protect its brand value, permission must be obtained from INSEAD Communications department and a Trademark Licensing Agreement should be used.
The trademarks of INSEAD may not be used on internal publications, brochures, advertising, URL addresses, websites or miscellaneous print material without permission from the INSEAD.
This licence must be in place before use of the marks. The INSEAD's policy does not allow its marks to be used for commercial or promotional advertising purposes without prior approval.
