INSEAD Directors Forum - Rethinking the Growth Dilemmas in the Boardroom
INSEAD Directors Forum - Rethinking the Growth Dilemmas in the Boardroom
Overview
The world's future remains shrouded in disruptions amid geopolitical tensions, macroeconomic shifts, rapid artificial intelligence (AI) technological advancement, and mounting urgency to address environmental, social and governance (ESG) concerns. Against this backdrop of global changes and heightened regulatory landscape, boards of directors are navigating their way through the contextual dilemmas to recalibrate their role for effective governance that drives strategic growth and responsible stewardship.
Hosted by the INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre, the flagship INSEAD Directors Forum on the theme “Rethinking the Growth Dilemmas in the Boardroom” will take place on 15-16 November 2024, INSEAD Europe Campus, Fontainebleau. The focus will be on three dimensions of organisational evolution – scanning the mega trends that are shaping today’s realities and transforming businesses, the evaluation of potential growth pathways through innovation, partnership and ecosystems. We will discuss how boards are rethinking the competences, structures and practices in the boardroom to foster long-term value creation.
Whether you are receiving your INSEAD Certificate in Corporate Governance or seeking new perspectives on corporate governance strategies and practices, the Forum promises unparalleled opportunities for an enriching time of learning, group work, exchange and networking with peers, academics and experts on campus. A special dinner at the Fontainebleau castle will be held on Friday evening, 15 November to celebrate the the newly certified directors from the International Directors Programme (IDP).
During the forum, the INSEAD Directors Network will be inviting members of the alumni club to join its AGM on Saturday morning, 16 November.
Register now for continuous exchange and inspiring time of learning and networking opportunities.
