Luisa Delgado chairs the Boards of SWAROVSKI and Partners Group's German toy company SCHLEICH. She is an experienced Non-executive Director with long-standing interest in strategy and operational transformation leadership, and serves on the Boards of INGKA/IKEA, TELIA, FORTUM, of DIA Group as Chair of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, and as Vice Chair of BARCLAYS BANK (Suisse).
Luisa has long-standing global CEO and management executive experience spanning FMCG, Luxury, and Retail, in general management, human resources and commercial roles. At Procter & Gamble she was namely local CEO of the Nordic region and before that Vice President of Human Resources of Europe, then at SAP global Executive Board member and CHRO, and later the CEO of global eyewear leader SAFILO Group.
Luisa Delgado holds an LLM of Kings College London and a Bachelor of Law degree of the University of Geneva. Swiss born Rätoromanisch, Luisa also became Portuguese by marriage, and resides in the Engadine/Switzerland.
