Professor Padmanabhan's current research focuses on business opportunities and challenges in developing economies, economic crises and their implications, pricing and supply chain management. He is among the top 250 most highly cited scholars in the world in economics and business. His research has generated numerous honours, including recognition as writer of one of the 'Top 10 Most Influential Papers' in 50 years of publication of Management Science (1954–2004).

Len is a Founding Partner of Musketeer Capital, LLC and has pioneered the development of models and decision support systems that have been syndicated for world -wide use for Sales Force Deployment, Advertising, and Promotion Planning. Len is an active early stage advisor, director, and investor. He has been actively involved with many very successful ventures including Diapers.com (Quidsi) and Milo.com. He also has consulted for many large firms such as Merck, Procter & Gamble, and Pepsico.

Enrico Diecidue graduated in Economics from Bocconi University, Italy, in 1996 with a specialisation in Mathematical Economics. His research focuses on decision-making under uncertainty. He is interested in the roles of regret, aspiration levels and time in individual decisions. His current research is also addressing the role of groups in complex decisions.
