INSEAD Directors Forum - Governance Riding the Waves of Change
INSEAD Directors Forum - Governance Riding the Waves of Change
Overview
In the complex tapestry of today's business paradigm, organisations are confronted by a myriad of challenges marked by geopolitical tensions, macroeconomic pressures, responsible technology, emergence of generative AI, ESG issues and climate change crisis. The convergence of these forces, coupled with increased scrutiny from stakeholders, investors and regulators, are compelling board directors to rethink their governance strategies to mitigate risks, foster breakthrough innovations, and develop new leadership capabilities to stay resilient amidst the unceasing waves of change and disruption.
Organised by the INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre, with the support from INSEAD Directors Network (IDN), the INSEAD Directors Forum on the theme “Governance Riding the Waves of Change” will delve into the potential shifts from a macro perspective and the boardroom strategic directions, such as leveraging the new technology and artificial intelligence for governance and fostering innovation in an era of rapid change and uncertainties. These dynamic challenges call for an intentional leadership imperative to develop new capabilities and competences and to maintain healthy dynamic of trust and open communication between the different stakeholders.
Join us as we bring to you exciting line-up of speakers, plenary and panel sessions. Whether you are looking to receiving your INSEAD Certificate in Corporate Governance or seeking new perspectives on corporate governance strategies and practices, the Forum promises unparalleled opportunities for learning, group work, exchange and networking with peers, academic faculty and experts on campus and dinner on Friday evening, 5 April to celebrate the Award Ceremony for newly certified directors.
