Leading People and Organisations through Strategic Change
For the past 25 years, the INSEAD Executive Master of Change (EMC) has offered a distinctive and highly practical journey into the deep challenges organisations encounter when navigating change.
Organisations worldwide grapple with the intricate nature of change, driven by numerous forces and enveloped in uncertainty. Addressing these complexities requires approaches as sophisticated and adaptive as the challenges themselves.
INSEAD Executive Master of Change is intended for experienced leaders, consultants and coaches who wish to attain a more profound understanding of, and advanced skill level in, guiding change; A deeper understanding of guiding change within themselves and in-turn, be better equipped to understand the world and people around them to guide others through change.
Featuring a convenient modular schedule taking place over 18 months, the programme curriculum has been designed to cover a broad range of core topics and workshops that integrate deep insights on organisational and interpersonal dynamics with a range of psychological disciplines. In addition, 60 hours of “practicum” help participants apply what they learn in class to real-world situations.
The result at the end of the programme is an enhanced ability to navigate and drive organisational change and transformation and a refined strategic thinking that considers long-term organisational goals and a human-centred focus.
