Biography

Lee White
Adjunct Professor of Organisational Behaviour.
Lee is a Programme Director on the Executive Masters in Change in Singapore. Lee also teaches and consults on INSEAD’s Strategy Execution programme, a course that helps executives to improve the implementation of strategy, through a mixture of taught units, experiential learning and coaching.
He is an Organisational Psychologist with a focus on the creative application of psychological research and techniques to help individuals, teams and organisations. He consults, coaches and teaches with clients from different industry sectors around the world.
Lee is actively involved in research. He is working on a number of projects including looking at how collective emotions influence the execution of organisations’ strategic initiatives, modelling constructive cognitive processes in decision making and investigating the systems psychodynamics of change and organisational decision making. He has published research in journals such as Cognition, the Journal of Applied Research in Memory and Cognition and Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society A. He has a first degree in Psychology, Masters’ in Occupational Psychology and Research Methods, and he obtained his PhD from Swansea University.
In addition to his work in academia, Lee has nearly 30 years of experience as a consultant and coach. He works as an associate with two consultancy firms engaged in change management, research projects, individual assessment and coaching. He works with clients around the world in different sectors including financial services, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.
Previously Lee worked as a Consultant with specialist consultancy firms where he has held responsibility for global clients, project management and delivery.
Lee is a Health Professions Council Registered Occupational Psychologist in the UK, a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
