Leading People and Organisations through Strategic Change
For the past 25 years, the INSEAD Executive Master of Change (EMC) has offered a distinctive and highly practical journey into the deep challenges organisations encounter when navigating change.
Organisations worldwide grapple with the intricate nature of change, driven by numerous forces and enveloped in uncertainty. Addressing these complexities requires approaches as sophisticated and adaptive as the challenges themselves.
INSEAD Executive Master of Change is intended for experienced leaders, consultants and coaches who wish to attain a more profound understanding of, and advanced skill level in, guiding change; A deeper understanding of guiding change within themselves and in-turn, be better equipped to understand the world and people around them to guide others through change.
Featuring a convenient modular schedule taking place over 18 months, the programme curriculum has been designed to cover a broad range of core topics and workshops that integrate deep insights on organisational and interpersonal dynamics with a range of psychological disciplines. In addition, 60 hours of “practicum” help participants apply what they learn in class to real-world situations.
The result at the end of the programme is an enhanced ability to navigate and drive organisational change and transformation and a refined strategic thinking that considers long-term organisational goals and a human-centred focus.

AI in the Mind | Online
Join Professor Saskia De Maat in this exclusive Masterclass as she explores Unconscious Dynamics, Trust, and Disempowerment in the Age of Intelligent Machines
This session will be moderated by Katharina Kopf, Assistant Director, Recruitment and Business Development, Specialised Degrees.
This is an online webinar and will be available on-demand post the session.
Date & Time: 13 November 2025, 10:00 am - 11:00 am (CET). View other timezones here.
Masterclass Topic: AI in the Mind - Unconscious Dynamics, Trust, and Disempowerment in the Age of Intelligent Machines
Masterclass Synopsis:
Artificial intelligence is emerging as a powerful new social actor, reshaping daily life and organizational realities. Amid the many unknowns about how it will evolve—intensified by wider social, economic, and geopolitical shifts—AI evokes strong emotions: fear, desire, shame, guilt, and unconscious phantasies and defensive reactions.
This webinar will explore how psychoanalytic and system psychodynamic ideas—such as the unconscious, projection, mirroring, and transference—can shed light on our contemporary encounters with AI. We will consider how AI shapes experiences of trust, authenticity, authority, and disempowerment at both individual and systemic levels and what leaders might consider moving forward. Participants will be invited to reflect on their own responses, as well as those of their organizations, to the profound technological changes underway.

INSEAD Faculty Masterclass | Riyadh
We are proud to present Dr. Lite Nartey, Affiliate Professor of Strategy and Academic Director of the INSEAD Africa Initiative, who will be delivering an exclusive Masterclass in Riyadh on Leading through Complexity and Connection.
In this exclusive INSEAD Alumni Masterclass, Dr. Lite will introduce the Strategy Execution Trilogy (SET), an integrated framework for leading in complexity through three executive disciplines: strategic thinking, ecosystem orchestration, and stakeholder engagement.
Rooted in research and real-world practice, the SET approach helps leaders move from clarity to coherence to commitment, equipping them to think strategically in uncertainty, align collaboration across boundaries, and engage stakeholders to translate ambition into sustained impact.
As Saudi Arabia advances its Vision 2030 priorities from digital innovation and renewable energy to healthcare, finance, and tourism, this session provides a reflective and practical platform for executives to strengthen their execution capability.
Blending INSEAD’s academic rigor with practitioner insight, the masterclass redefines execution as a strategic discipline. It invites leaders to shape transformation not through control, but through coherence, clarity, and connection, the true architecture of execution.
“Strategy is no longer about control; it is about coherence, clarity, and connection.”
Dr. Lite Nartey
