Faculty Masterclass followed by an Alumni Panel | Johannesburg

Join us in Johannesburg for an exclusive faculty masterclass, "From Vision to Execution – Leading through Complexity and Connection" led by Prof. Lite Nartey, followed by an alumni panel sharing insights on the curriculum, admissions, and career opportunities.

You will also have the opportunity to have your questions answered during the Q&A session and interact with other alumni and like-minded executives during a networking reception.

Masterclass Topic: Strategic Coherence: Turning Vision into Collective Action

Synopsis:

South Africa presents a uniquely complex business landscape—where leaders must navigate economic transformation, infrastructure challenges, and diverse stakeholder expectations while driving growth.

In this context, strategy alone is not enough. Execution requires alignment, trust, and the ability to bring multiple stakeholders together toward a shared goal.

In this exclusive INSEAD Alumni Masterclass, Dr. Lite Nartey introduces the Strategy Execution Trilogy (SET)—a practical framework focused on strategic thinking, ecosystem orchestration, and stakeholder engagement.

Designed for leaders operating in dynamic environments, this session will explore how to move from vision to coordinated action—bridging global best practices with local realities.

“Strategy is no longer about control; it is about coherence, clarity, and connection.” Dr. Lite Nartey
