Felicia A. Henderson
Lecturer
Felicia A. Henderson is a Lecturer at INSEAD, where she co-directs the Advancing Diversity and Inclusion programme. She regularly lectures on diversity, equity and inclusion in organizations for INSEAD Executive Education programmes. She was an Executive-in-Residence with the INSEAD Gender Initiative from November 2022 through February 2023. In 2020, she served as Senior Advisor to the Core Team leading the taskforce charged with broadening equity, diversity and inclusion at INSEAD.Felicia is the co-author (with Zoe Kinias) of Mirvac: Building Balance (A) and (B) (INSEAD Publishing), a pair of business teaching cases, for which they were awarded Outstanding Case Writer: Hot Topic ‘Diversity and Discrimination’ by The Case Centre. Outside of INSEAD, Felicia advises organisations on transforming culture and systems and equipping their leaders to foster equity, diversity, and inclusion. Her consulting interventions focus primarily on DEI strategy formulation, localization of DEI initiatives and enhancement of workplace well-being for members of underrepresented groups.Felicia is also an adjunct lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, where she has taught undergraduate courses since 2011. Her primary teaching focus is corporate law and governance, and she has also offered courses on comparative equality law, organizational behaviour, and inequality and social change.Her research focuses on board diversity, the dynamics of racial equity in European societies, and designing anti-racism initiatives for multinational corporations. She has published articles on leadership and on DEI topics in INSEAD Knowledge, Ivey Business Journal and the Sciences Po Law Review. Felicia regularly speaks about social identity and about equity, diversity, and inclusion practice. Among her numerous speaking appearances, she has given two TEDx talks entitled The Courage to Uncover our Differences and Teaching Compassion to the Over-privileged.Felicia graduated with Distinction from INSEAD’s Executive Master in Change (EMC) programme, and holds a BA, cum laude from Duke University and a JD, cum laude from Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, she served as Editor-in-Chief of Volume 20 of the Harvard Women’s Law Journal. Although she no longer practices law, Felicia remains a member of the bar of the State of New York. She is currently based in Paris.

Jennifer Petriglieri
Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour
Jennifer Petriglieri is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. She directs the Executive Education Management Acceleration Programme, the Women Leaders Programme, The Leadership Transition and the Advancing Diversity and Inclusion Programme.
An award-winning researcher and teacher, she was shortlisted for the Talent award in 2017 and shortlisted for the Radar New Thinker award in 2015 by Thinkers50, the ranking of the most influential management authors in the world. She was also included among the world's best 40 business school professors under 40 by Poets & Quants.
Her research investigates how individuals craft and sustain their personal and professional identities in contexts characterised by high uncertainty, such as mobile careers or organisations and professions in crisis. Her writing has appeared in the Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Learning & Education, and the Journal of Organizational Change Management. It has also been featured in the Business Week and the Harvard Business Review. She is the author of a book entitled Couples That Work, which explores how working couples can thrive in love and in work.
Jennifer has long been involved in experiential leadership development initiatives for multinationals from a variety of industries. Her work in this domain pays particular attention to the interplay between individual's life stories and group memberships and their decision-making and professional style in leadership roles.
A British citizen, Jennifer earned a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from INSEAD. She also holds an MBA from IMD, Switzerland, and a BSc in genetics from Nottingham University, UK. Prior to joining INSEAD, she was a Post-Doctoral Fellow of Organisational Behaviour at the Harvard Business School. Having lived and worked on three continents, she is now settled in France with her husband and two children.

Kaisa Snellman
Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour
Kaisa Snellman is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Associate Dean of Diversity and Inclusion at INSEAD. She co-directs the Advancing Diversity and Inclusion program and teaches executive education courses in leadership, organizational change, and power and influence. She also serves as the Academic Director of the INSEAD Gender Initiative.
Kaisa's research examines inequality based on gender, race, and class in the domains of education, employment, and entrepreneurship. More specifically, she studies how cultural beliefs about gender and race shape outcomes for individuals and organizations, and how organizations contribute to economic inequality through their employment practices.
Her research has been featured in prominent news outlets, including The Atlantic, Businessweek, The Economist, Forbes, and The New York Times.
Kaisa earned her PhD and MA degrees in Sociology from Stanford University and an MSc degree in Economics from the Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland. Prior to joining INSEAD, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government

Learning Coach
Learning coaches, led by INSEAD alumni, are available throughout the programme to help participants achieve their learning objectives, as well as help move the discussion forward and exchange ideas with them.
Experienced and successful business professionals from diverse industries, our learning coaches are content experts who guide the participants in their learning journey, especially their Action Learning Project (ALP), to bring the learning alive in the participants’ business context. They work closely with the participants and help them design an ALP that focuses on their personal development goals, provide feedback and keep them moving in the right direction.
