Family Enterprise Day - Learning from Tradition to Build the Future with the Hénokiens
Family Enterprise Day - Learning from Tradition to Build the Future with the Hénokiens
Overview
Representing family enterprises and bicentenary family firms, members of the Hénokiens Association have demonstrated extraordinary longevity in the face of constantly changing economic landscape and shifts in business environment. How do these family firms build the architecture for long-term success? What are the steps and strategies in engaging the Next-Gen to perpetuate the family firm legacy while rejuvenating the business to meet the evolving market demands?
To understand the key factors that contribute to the enduring growth, prosperity and resilience across different generations of family enterprises, the INSEAD Wendel International Centre for Family Enterprise in collaboration with the Hénokiens Association, is jointly hosting the Family Enterprise Day focused on the theme "Learning from Tradition to Build the Future with the Hénokiens".
Join us on INSEAD Europe Campus, Fontainebleau, France on Saturday, 3 June 2023 from 8:30am to 2:30pm CEST as we bring together:
- Academic expert and family business member to share insights on the transformation journey of Biscottificio Grondona S.p.a.;
- Dialogue session with distinguished family enterprise panellists to discuss the challenges and strategies to engage Next-Gen for succession and revitalization;
- Parallel workshops engaging “now” and “next” generation family members to interact with their peers and exchange insights on the role of next-gen in balancing the legacy and rejuvenation of the family firm.
On the eve of Family Enterprise Day, Friday, 2 June 2023 evening, the Hénokiens Association, together with the INSEAD Wendel International Centre for Family Enterprise, is hosting an informal gathering for the next-generation of family businesses to facilitate networking and exchange with peers including INSEAD MBA students who are taking the Family Business elective.
The event is opened specifically for members of family businesses, INSEAD MBA students, the Hénokiens, FBN members, member families of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and members of the Hénokiens. Third-party service providers to family enterprises are welcome to attend at the invitation of a member of a family business to ensure an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality applying Chatham house rule.
Due to limited number of seats and to facilitate interactive exchange and networking among the attendees, the tickets to the event will be available on first come, first served basis and we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your booking.
For any additional information, feel free to contact us directly at [email protected]
We are thankful to the Hénokiens Association for co-organising and sponsoring this event.
