EXTENDING YOUR LEARNING JOURNEY
The Aspiring Women Leaders Programme blends face-to-face content with virtual follow-up sessions, offering you an opportunity to continue to receive support and apply your learnings in your personal and professional environment in the months after your on-campus session.
As part of the programme, you will be offered two live virtual sessions with the Programme Director, on thought leadership topics relevant to emerging leaders willing to drive tangible and positive change.
You will also be able to benefit from four additional group coaching sessions guided by INSEAD expert coaches to cement your learning and reflect deeply, both individually and with your peers and coaches, to sustain your leadership development further.
