Programme Director

Ian Woodward

Professor of Management Practice

"Leadership is a journey, not a destination. As senior executives expand their careers, taking on more complex strategic challenges, there is extensive value in reflecting on the dynamic capabilities required for effective global leadership in the 21st century. The Advanced Management Programme is a deep reflection and learning experience for very senior executives. It seeks to expand their horizons and to take their extensive experience into new ways of thinking. The programme creates a unique learning community of participants and faculty to explore leadership mindsets, judgement, authenticity and leverage. It is intensive, personal and transforming. The diversity of each group and the programme design makes this a very rich and relevant experience.”
