INSEAD approached the subject of Strategy for Directors from a totally different but refreshing perspective. The course brought in topics that have always engaged directors as they evaluate proposals on the future of their companies from Management but which are hardly covered in strategy courses for directors. I was particularly happy that the program raised questions directors should ask in evaluating proposals on Digital Strategy, Alliances, Research and Innovation, Mergers & Acquisitions and ESG.
