Blue Ocean Strategy Open Enrolment Programmme
The INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Open Enrolment Programme is based on the groundbreaking work developed by INSEAD Professors Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne
Their iconic and impactful books, Blue Ocean Strategy and Blue Ocean Shift, provide a systematic approach to making the competition irrelevant and tools any organisation can use to shift from red oceans of bloody competition to blue oceans of new market space.
Blue Ocean Shift and Your Company
- Does your organisation increasingly find itself stuck in the red ocean of bloody competition characterised by commodisation of offerings, declining price points, and market share battles?
- Does your organisation invest significantly in R&D, but often fail to translate its R&D investments into large commercial opportunities? Do your sales representatives increasingly argue for deeper price discounts to make sales?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Programme on Blue Ocean Shift is right for you. Blue Ocean Shift will show you how to move your organisation from the red to the blue ocean in a way that your people own and drive the process for success.
MBA Blue Ocean Strategy Elective
Two Blue Ocean Strategy courses for MBA's are offered twice a year on both the Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses:
The Blue Ocean Strategy Elective (BOSE) in P4
The Blue Ocean Strategy Study Group (BOSSG) in P5
Blue Ocean Strategy Certificate
