Strategy Execution Programme

The Strategy Execution Programme is designed to benefit three key groups: senior managers who are new to implementing strategy; those moving into a more challenging implementation role; or executives simply looking for new ideas to try where others have failed.

Typically they will be:

• General managers who head business units e.g. country managers or product or division heads
• Senior managers who head significant departments or leaders of major project teams (typically with roles in supply chain management, finance, accounting, operations, manufacturing or purchasing) 
• Members of project teams whose objectives specifically include implementing strategy – but it is important that they have accountability for the outcome and direct control of resources.
