Senior Affiliate Professor of Organisational Behaviour
Dr Michael Jarrett's teaching, research and consulting work is on leading strategic change, leadership and personality, the dynamics of top teams and the application of psychodynamics to resistance, organisational culture and change.
Prior to joining INSEAD, Michael Jarrett was an Adjunct Professor in Organisational Behaviour at the London Business School and a visiting professor at Witts University, as well as a faculty member of the Cranfield School of Management.
Professor of Strategy
Dr Quy N. Huy, CFA, P. Eng., is a strategy professor at INSEAD. Dr Huy’s research on strategic change has won several international awards and has been published in prestigious management journals, such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Harvard Business Review, the Academy of Management Review, Organization Science and MIT Sloan Management Review. As an academic, Professor Huy is known for his pioneering research work linking ‘soft’ micro human behaviour such as emotion, symbols and time to macro strategic processes.

Douglas Frank is an expert in the areas of organisational strategy, incentives and labour markets. At INSEAD, he teaches MBA, PhD and Executive Education courses in strategy execution, organisational economics, incentives and strategic delegation.
