His credentials do not only come from his academic career, but also from over 13 years in consulting. He focuses on building leading brands and delivering profitable growth through the development of outstanding customer experiences, distinctive customer insights and data analytics.

David Dubois is an global expert on customer centricity, data analytics and digital transformation. A passionate educator, Professor Dubois combines his award-winning research activities, case studies, and his field experience with Big Tech, B2C/B2B companies and start-ups to help executives to unlock value through analytics and insights generation, drive effective omnichannel go-to-market strategies and communication, and successfully drive the transformation of their businesses. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and teaches in many of INSEAD’s flagship executive education programs as well as in the MBA and PhD programs.
