Choice of Two Learning Tracks:
Track 1: The Use of AI for the Future of Work: Taught by Professor Phanish Puranam, this track delves into the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in shaping the future workplace. Drawing on Professor Puranam's extensive research on the design and management of complex organisations, participants will explore how AI technologies can revolutionise business operations, enhance productivity, and drive innovation. Key topics include:
- AI Integration: Strategies for integrating AI into existing business processes to optimise efficiency and performance, informed by Professor Puranam’s insights into organisational design.
- Workforce Automation: Understanding the balance between human and machine collaboration, and preparing the workforce for AI-driven roles.
- Ethical AI: Addressing the ethical considerations and challenges in implementing AI solutions, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Case Studies: Real-world examples of successful AI implementations and their impact on business outcomes.
