Dohui joined INSEAD as a Predoctoral Researcher in June 2025. She earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management.
Before joining INSEAD, she worked as a public policy researcher at the Sejong National Research Complex. She also worked as a quantitative researcher on the index team focusing on stock market data in Seoul.
At INSEAD, Dohui is currently working closely with Professor Michael Park on several projects, ranging from diagnosing disruption in Pasteur’s Quadrant to quantifying geopolitical risk.
Dohui’s research interests include policy impacts on business strategy and innovation, employing methods from causal inference and machine learning.
