Dian joined INSEAD as a pre-doctoral researcher in September 2024. She earned a Master's Degree in Management and Economics from the University of Zurich and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Jinan University. Before becoming a pre-doc researcher, Dian worked as a research assistant at INSEAD.
At INSEAD, Dian is currently working closely with Professor Chiara Spina on several projects, ranging from the effect of incubation programs on entrepreneurial decision-making to the selection process for these programs. Her research interests include how to develop entrepreneurship effectively and efficiently in incubation programs.
