Yanbo Song is a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Behavior at INSEAD, France. Her research examines how creativity, proactivity, and leadership help individuals and organisations navigate uncertainty in the idea generation and recognition process. Some of her recent works include projects on “creative differences” in Hollywood (in-print, Academy of Management Journal) and job crafting in a chain restaurant (conditionally accepted, Journal of Business and Psychology). She has taught Machine Learning sessions for Ph.D. program and assisted MBA courses in Organisational Behaviour, Negotiations, and New Business Ventures at INSEAD. Prior to academia, she was Director of Online Training Course Development at China Europ International Business Scholar (CEIBS) Digital in Shanghai, leading digital learning projects for global firms such as GSK, Sanofi and Johnson & Johnson. She also supported case development in firms like Tencent and 3D Medicines.
