Eligibility Criteria:
- Main Card - Aged 21 years old and above
- Supp Card - 18 years old
- Singaporean or Singapore PR: Annual income of at least S$30,000
- Foreigner: Annual income of at least S$45,000
Interest Rate: 26.88% per annum
