I love being immersed in the community that the Management Acceleration Programme brings together. It is incredibly diverse and yet bound by a shared intent. They are all emerging leaders. They are facing delicate transitions in their professional and personal lives. They all hope to craft careers and life trajectories that are both successful and meaningful. And they are eager to share a learning journey with supportive peers, and with the INSEAD faculty and coaches. I am inspired by the participants’ commitment to acquire new knowledge, to examine the ways they think and act, and to learn from and with each other – ultimately, to become the best managers and leaders they can be.
