To succeed, we need a committed transformation of the operating model — a digital, potentially AI-native model.
What inspired you to join this programme, and what did you hope to achieve?
AI and digital transformation is touching everything around us. Accelerated through AI, this transformation is reshaping the world we live in at unprecedented speed. I joined the programme to gain a more in-depth understanding of the dynamics at work, but also to reframe the hype, to be inspired, and to discover the possibilities in enterprise-scale digital and AI transformations.
In what ways has the programme shifted your perspective or influenced your approach to work?
I feel confirmed and empowered to approach this transformation less as a technology and more as a mindset shift. Dealing with uncertainty and embracing an innovative, explorative mindset is key. At the same time, I now see the use of AI as a much more fundamental, committed transformation as opposed to projects and pilots.
Which aspects of the experience stood out most for you (faculty, peers, content, format)?
The combination of peers inspired by the professors — it is a week of “yes, and…”. Continuous ideation, brainstorming and co-creation make this a truly intense and unique experience.
Can you describe a moment or insight that particularly resonated with you?
What stuck with me is the need for a new operating model — pilots, projects and technology implementation will only take us so far. To succeed, we need a committed transformation of the operating model — a digital, potentially AI-native model.
Would you recommend this programme to others? If so, what makes it meaningful to you?
100% — the perspectives, inspiration, insights and practical knowledge are unique and absolutely worth the investment. The energy in the room and the willingness to drive transformation were incredible.
