Profile:
- Undergraduate students in their final year or master's students
- From any background, including those coming from non-management degrees, such as engineering, economics, statistics, computer sciences, sociology, psychology, etc.
- Research fellows or assistants; pre-doctoral students
- Industry professionals, with <5 years of work experience, who are switching to an academic career, as a management professor
