Call for Participation
We are pleased to announce the Business Creative Force Programme – CHAUMET at INSEAD, organised under the LVMH–INSEAD Joint Initiative.
This Programme offers INSEAD students a unique opportunity to engage with CHAUMET, one of LVMH’s most emblematic Maisons, and to reflect on how creativity, heritage and strategic thinking actively shape the future of luxury.
Purpose & Spirit
Business Creative Force programme aims to nurture the next generation of creative leaders by blending academic insight and industry practice. Together, INSEAD and LVMH invite students to rethink value creation in luxury, bridging artistry, innovation, and purpose.
Past Business Creative Force
Programme Overview
Founded in 1780, CHAUMET is a historic Parisian Maison whose identity is expressed through High Jewellery, Jewellery and Watches, three universes united by exceptional craftsmanship, artistic refinement and a distinctive sense of timeless elegance. Over more than two centuries, the Maison has continuously evolved, demonstrating that heritage is not a static legacy, but a living source of inspiration and relevance.
In today’s rapidly changing environment, shaped by shifting cultural values, evolving client expectations and emerging technologies, luxury Maisons face new strategic challenges. How can a historic Maison continue to evolve while remaining true to its identity? How can creativity and innovation reinforce long-term desirability, meaning and value?
The Business Creative Force Programme invites INSEAD students to engage with these questions through a strategic and entrepreneurial lens, exploring how a Maison like CHAUMET can continue to thrive in a complex, global and demanding landscape.
This Programme is not a product design exercise. Instead, it encourages participants to adopt a business-plan mindset, focusing on strategic choices, capabilities, models and initiatives that can support sustainable value creation for a historic luxury Maison.
Throughout the Programme, students will combine analytical rigour and creative insight, guided by CHAUMET leaders and INSEAD faculty, and further supported, at the semi-final stage, by mentors from across the LVMH Group.
