Ticket category & pricing

As our venue and other logistics around the Forum requires us to make financial commitments to the number of guests beforehand, we request that should you wish to cancel to do so by 17 March 2025. Any cancellations after this date will not be eligible for refund.

The Alumni Forum Europe 2025 will be held at the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (PTA).

The Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (PTA) is the primary cruise port in Amsterdam, serving as a gateway for travelers exploring the enchanting Dutch capital. Located on the IJ river, just a stone’s throw away from the city center, the PTA offers a convenient and modern facility for cruise passengers.

Our conference hotel for the Alumni Forum Europe 2025 is the Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre. We have negotiated a preferred rate for all guests attending the Forum.
