Biography
I am both honored and humbled to be nominated for the "INSEAD Business Sustainability Award."
This nomination profoundly resonates with my dedication to bridging the divide between business operations and sustainability principles. INSEAD has played a pivotal role in this journey, igniting my entrepreneurial spirit, allowing me to meet with Sylvain Guyoton MBA02, who became our Chief Ratings Officer, collaborating on our first research white paper with Professor Van Wassenhove, or signing our initial international customers through the trust garnered from the alumni community.
Co-founded with Frederic Trinel, EcoVadis was envisioned to create a global network of companies where sustainability underpins all interactions and transactions, acting as a catalyst for change. Through our platform, we are empowering 100,000 businesses across 150 countries to monitor, evaluate, and enhance their sustainability performance, thereby nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and transparency throughout global supply chains.
The "INSEAD Business Sustainability Award" mirrors the ethos of EcoVadis—advocating for sustainable business practices while contributing to a more inclusive and eco-friendly economy. This nomination is a tribute not only to the diligent efforts of the 1,500 EcoVadians but also highlights the crucial role of business schools in fostering leaders adept at tackling the urgent sustainability challenges of our era. With merely 7 years remaining to achieve the 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals, this is more imperative than ever.
